SignalR hub za in-app notifikacije. Konekcija: wss://host/hubs/notifications?access_token=JWT

Klijent se konektuje → automatski ulazi u grupu "user-{userId}". Server šalje "ReceiveNotification" event sa NotificationDto kada nastane događaj. Nema metoda koje klijent poziva — sav tok je server → klijent.
