Provider boostuje listing trošeći tokene.

Efekti:

• user.TokenBalance -= tokensToSpend
• TokenTransaction (Kind=BoostSpend, Amount=-tokens)
• ListingBoost INSERT
• listing.BoostScore += tokensToSpend / durationDays
• listing.IsBoosted = true
• listing.BoostExpiresAt = max(current, newExpiry)
